Through active recruitment for Avodat HaKodesh and ultimately the placement of rabbis, educators, cantors, outreach professionals, and youth workers, MSDCS provides the community with dedicated and skilled leaders.

Over 2,000 RIETS graduates directly serve Jewish communities throughout the world. RIETS Alumni include executive directors of major national Jewish organizations; chaplains in the armed forces, in hospitals, and in universities; Hillel directors; day school and yeshiva high school administators and educators; outreach professionals; as well as the spiritual leaders of congregations around the globe.
